Here is the tutorial:

1. Download the HP-USB Format tool and format your flash drive using the Fat
or Fat32 option
2. Download the PCLinuxOS MiniMe ISO
3. Create a new folder on your computer
4. Download fixmm.zip and extract the files to the new folder
5. Run fixmm.bat from new folder and follow the on screen instructions
6. Copy all files from the minime folder to your USB flash memory stick
7. Run makeboot.bat from your USB stick to make it bootable
8. Reboot your computer and set your system BIOS to boot from USB-HDD or USB-ZIP. Also set the boot priority if necessary.
Notes: You can log into PCLinuxOS using the username: root and password: root
or guest and guest

Warning: DO NOT RUN makeboot.exe from your local hard drive!! It is intended to be run from your USB device.

(You must have the .Net framework from Microsoft in your hard drive in order to run the makeboot.exe)

Please note: This tutorial has been tested to work from a Windows XP computer with .Net framework and service pack updates. Other operating environments may or may not support the use of the installer. The .Net framework is required in order to run the Makeboot.exe application.
