Ctrl-F to locate
Place the code after the first tag. (ONLY FILL/REPLACE 'ADD YOUR TAGS HERE SEPARATE EACH BY COMMA ' & 'ADD YOUR DESCRIPTION E.G. A source for...... ' with the inverted comma.)

Right click in it and then select Select All OR use Ctrl+A. That
should select all the text in the box. Then use Ctrl+X to cut or Ctrl
+C to copy. Switch to position in your template and use Ctrl+V to
paste it in. Then save template.
