Please unpack the ZIP file after the download into a directory of your choice, start the EXE file afterwards and activate the start button. Please fill out the user data mask completely and enter a short problem description. The system check only takes a few minutes. For dispatch enter the IP-address of your email server under "send settings" or quit the tool and send the generated ZIP file named "AVSUPINF.ZIP" directly to support@avira.com. The AntiVir support team will answer your inquiries promptly.
