K-Multimedia Player (commonly known as The KMPlayer, KMPlayer or KMPis a media player software for Microsoft Windows which can play a large number of formats including VCD, DVD, AVI, MKV, Ogg, OGM, 3GP, MPEG-1/2/4, WMV, RealMedia, FLV and QuickTime. It has a significant user base and has received strong ratings and reviews on major independent download sites.

You should try KMPlayer to watch video with multiple soft substitles. You will have to enable closed caption in preferences (F2) > dvd settings > navigator tab. Afterwards right click > Video (Advanced) > Video Render > choose the one that best works for you. Nevertheless in the last KMLPlayer the setting has been changed to the section of Subtitle Processing > multi-sub/etc > Etc > Decode Closed Captions.
